The process to list a home is a long one, and I will walk you through the entire experience. My duties include meeting with you before hand to develop a strategy and placing a sign in your yard. I will create a customized color flyer for your home, highlighting its finer points. I will also counsel you on how to best prepare your home for sale. Then, we will fill out all the disclosures together and I will market your property on multiple websites, as well as conduct open houses when beneficial. Here are your first steps:

1. We will work together on deciding on a price.

2. We will prepare your home for sale.
Sometimes there are a few things that can be done to make your house set the best impression. I will give you advice on decoration, design and repairs that may be necessary. We will photograph the finished product and put together your flyer.

3. We put your home on the market!
