One of the fastest growing rehabilitated neighborhoods in Denver, The Highlands / Potter Highlands neighborhood extends from Federal Boulevard to I-25 and from 38th Avenue to Speer Boulevard, with the Highlands / Potter Highlands Historic District encompasses the area from Federal to Zuni and West 32nd to West 38th Avenues. It was designated as an historic district in 1979. Highland Square on 32nd and Lowell has become a popular community gathering place, alive with music, shopping, and unique restaurants. These two neighborhoods have seen a massive influx of fabulous new restaurants, shops and new residential communities in the last five years.
