The process to list a home is a long one, and I will walk you through the entire experience. My duties include meeting with you before hand to develop a strategy and placing a sign in your yard. I will create a customized color flyer for your home, highlighting its finer points. I will also counsel you on how to best prepare your home for sale. Then, we will fill out all the disclosures together and I will market your property on multiple websites, as well as conduct open houses when beneficial.
