One of my services is representing buyers as a buyer's agent in their search for a new home. Buying a home is overwhelming enough, it's even more difficult doing it alone. STEPS TO BUYING YOUR HOME:

1. FILL OUT THE FORM BELOW WITH YOUR CRITERIA.
Give me the specifics and I will find homes that match. If you need assistance in defining what you need, I would be happy to sit down with you and discuss it, or send you to the proper resources to make your decision.

2. I WILL SEND YOU EMAILS WITH THE AVAILABLE PROPERTIES THAT FIT YOUR CRITERIA.
Once I have preformed this search and have the results, I will email (or call) you with all the details. You will receive photos, property descriptions, HOA fees, taxes, utilities and much more. From there we can continue to fine tune the search until we have found what you are looking for.

3. WE GO OUT TOGETHER AND LOOK AT PROPERTIES.
I will work around your schedule to set up a good time to go out and look at the properties that you choose. I can also preview properties to save you time!

4. PUT IN AN OFFER!
Once we find the right home for you, we will sit down and put an offer together. We will evaluate what the current owner bought their home for, what improvements they have made, and what comparable homes have sold for in the area. I will negotiate on your behalf, put all the paperwork together and present our offer.

5. INSURE EVERYTHING IS SET FOR CLOSING AND AFTER THE PURCHASE.
After we are under contract, I will help manage your deadlines and walk you through the entire process, through the inspection, reviewing all documents associated with the property, and getting home owner’s insurance. I will also help you coordinate your move. My service starts from the time you call or email us and doesn't stop until we have the keys to your new home! I will be available for you during and after you have made your purchase.
